License

Vocaby grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for learning. The app and its content — including the word library, definitions, and examples — are provided for your personal study.

Subscriptions

Vocaby is free to download. Vocaby Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. The standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: Apple Standard EULA.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service: don't attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or scrape its content at scale. The content here is for learning, not redistribution.

Vocaby is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep definitions and examples accurate and helpful, we make no warranty that the content is complete or error-free, and it is not a substitute for a professional dictionary or exam-prep program.
